Shannon started her career in the mortgage industry on Valentine’s Day 2000. She has enjoyed 10+ years of success as a Loan Officer by maintaining strong customer service, creativity and a pure heart. Being with her previous company for 6 years, Shannon decided it was time to switch gears and joined Heartland Mortgage Group in July 2008. In April 2011, Heartland Mortgage joined forces with Lincoln Savings Bank where Shannon eventually became their VP of the Mortgage Dept. Shannon has since joined Fidelity Bank and could not be happier!
Shannon also has a passion for being an educator within the financial industry. With a certification from the National Association of Consumer Credit Counselors, Shannon has worked with hundreds of clients in rebuilding their credit in order to achieve their goal of home ownership. Outside of her career, Shannon has been with her husband Larry since 1994 and together they have 2 beautiful children, Jacob and Joseph. Shannon also enjoys snow skiing and sandy beaches and is active in her church Point of Grace.
