We were complete strangers when we met Charlie at an open house last fall. We explained to him that we were looking for a new house and although we didn’t care for the one that he was showing that day, he took us under his wing and showed us some others the next day. That was just the beginning. He helped us through the sale of our home of 44 years. Everything went smoothly without a problem.
We decided to build a custom home and Charlie was there with us and guiding us all the way. Although this story does not have a happy ending as our builder lost his financial backer about half way through the building process, Charlie hung in there with us and went way beyond the call of duty. Our builder became very difficult to work with but Charlie worked endlessly hour after hour, day after day, week after week. We had worked so hard and saved our whole lives so we could have our dream home and were extremely disappointed when we had to give up the idea of ever fulfilling our dream because of too many builder problems. This meant Charlie never received a commission check for all of the extra effort he had put in. All of his work was down the drain for nothing. Of course, he never said anything to us about it, but it had to be a terrible blow for him and his family. I felt so bad for him. We both went in the hole on this one.
But Charlie never quit or gave up on us. After showing us houses for a few days, Charlie found the perfect house for us. We have moved in and are getting settled. We absolutely love this house. In fact, I think we like it better than the one we were having built.
Charlie deserves special recognition because of his dedication and hard work for us and that is why I am writing this statement. You can be assured that I will recommend him whenever I have the chance!

We absolutely cannot say enough good things about Charlie. We had a pretty complicated chain of real estate transactions to execute in order to achieve our new home goal: sell townhome #1, buy dream home, sell townhome #2. As we all know, the existing townhome market is tough - there is a very small segment of potential home buyers interested in townhomes and stiff competition with other existing townhomes and newly built townhomes. We specifically sought out Charlie because he sold our neighbor’s townhome in a week a few years ago; so obviously we went in with high expectations! Charlie NEVER disappointed; we were comfortable from day one. Charlie’s promptness and professional courtesy is second to none. Calls/emails/texts are returned within the hour. He worked until midnight one day getting the offer done on our first townhouse. He presented us with possible new homes to our exact specification, and we ended up buying the first one he showed us. There were some harrowing details for closing townhome #2 and he kept us in the loop on everything that went on. I’m sure that there are lots of nuances and details that we didn’t even know or have to worry about, because Charlie took care of them for us. The daunting task was made all that much easier with Charlie in our corner. We’re so thankful to have had Charlie as our realtor and recommend him to everyone we know who’s in or thinking of being in the real estate market, either as a seller or a buyer.  We had found Charlie when we were helping our kids buy their first home.  We met Charlie by calling the number on a sign in front of a home we wanted to look at.
