Getting to know me...
Hello my name is Charlie Fazio and I am a Licensed Broker with RE/MAX Precision. My career in real estate began with Coldwell Banker in 2007 and in 2010 I  joined the RE/MAX Opportunities(now RE/MAX Precision). I have been around Real Estate my entire life with multiple family members having been licensed agents over the past 30 years. I grew up in the Des Moines area and currently live in Des Moines! I specialize in the buying and selling of residential homes throughout all of Central Iowa. Since becoming a Realtor I've been involved with various aspects of real estate such as; a listing agent for Hubbell Homes in new construction, listing/selling a wide variety of existing homes in various areas, listing/selling acreage's, and I've worked with several investors in selling or purchasing rental and "flip" properties as well.
Prior to Real Estate I was a low voltage Service Technician for Baker Electric and worked my way up in this field over a 7 year time frame. I had the opportunity to lead several large projects for such companies as Wells Fargo, Nationwide Insurance, John Deere, Meskwaki Casino, Des Moines Schools, and others.
I spent the majority of my childhood years growing up in the Beaverdale area where I attended Holy Trinity School. Throughout my early years I  played a variety of sports such as football, baseball, and basketball. My freshman year I attended Dowling Catholic High School and from there I transferred to Roosevelt High School here in Des Moines. 
After high school I became a John Deere Team Scholar and entered their manufacturing program at DMACC.  I hired on at Deere and worked in their cotton department. There I had the wonderful opportunity to also travel throughout the states of Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. Myself and another co-worker would go out to various cotton farms in these states, and work on their machines. It was a blast!
My family and I currently reside on the SW side of Des Moines and we are always busy! Whether it's a school function, sporting event, or some kind of camp - my kids keep me hopping! I truly enjoy spending time with my family and we are very thankful for all that we have.
My hobbies and interests include; working on old cars, remodeling houses, enjoying sports of all kinds, and real estate investing. Most would say I am a people person with a great desire and passion for what I do. I honestly owe my success in real estate to the amazing clients I have worked with thus far. Their loyalty and willingness to refer anyone they can to me has just been phenomenal and I cannot thank them enough!

2007-2008 - Recipient of the "Rookie of The Year Award". Given to the agent with the highest sales volume out of all first year agents.
